PHILADELPHIA, PA. (Top40 Charts/ RMD Entertainment Group) - RMD Entertainment Group announced today that the first product that has been produced via their business relationship with Sul-Sol Records has been completed. Sul-Sol artist Raeshon put his debut in the can late yesterday afternoon after a gruelling 12 month recording process. On September 29th, 2006, the companies announced that Sul-Sol Records would release a minimum of three releases jointly with RMDN in 2007. The releases would be put out through the North American distributor Bungalo Records (exclusively distributed by Universal Music Group), and all of their 62 digital distributors around the world including, I Tunes, Sony Connect, Napster, Zingy and Rhapsody. Revenue share on each project will be on a 50/50 split as well. While the plans for distribution of the music releases have not changed, the management teams have agreed to go forward in an exclusive three-year deal between the two companies in which Sul-Sol Records would produce 9 music releases for distribution during the term of the contract. "RMDN management is excited to introduce additional products into the global marketplace including the efforts of Sul-Sol Records. To date, we have been impressed with the professionalism of their management team and felt comfortable in expanding the scope of our relationship going forward from a one year to a three-year term. We are confident they will produce quality projects for us and hope to have a very profitable relationship with them. I am confident Hip-Hop fans and consumers will enjoy the joint efforts we bring to market."
