(Top40 Charts/ Universal Music Enterprises) - Today's hottest pop songwriter/producer team, Matthew Gerrard and Robbie Nevil, and the hottest tween sensation, the Bratz, have teamed up once again to make more musical magic on "Bratz Fashion Pixiez" (Hip-O/UMe), February 20, 2007, the next installment in the best-selling Bratz CD series. Featuring tracks from the forthcoming Lionsgate DVD, "Bratz Fashion Pixiez," the highly rated "Bratz" Saturday morning TV series on 4Kids TV, as well as from the hit interactive DVD "Livin' It Up! With The Bratz," this CD is sure to thrill!

"It's been great working with the Bratz," says Gerrard. "Even though they're characters, they have a unique style and personality, just like any hit recording artist." The first CD, 2005's "Bratz Rock Angelz," debuted in Billboard's Top 100, where it was a staple for many months, hit No 1 on the Kids Audio Chart and became one of the year's 100 best-selling albums. Two more Top 10 Kids albums followed in 2006: "Bratz Genie Magic" and "Bratz Forever Diamondz."

"These girls are hip, high-profile and high-fashion, so their songs need to be at the cutting edge of pop music - which is just what Matthew and Robbie bring," says MGA CEO Isaac Larian. Gerrard is renowned for his work on the No 1 hit soundtrack, "High School Musical," as well as penning hit songs for Kelly Clarkson, Hilary Duff, Jo Jo and Jessica Simpson, among others. He produced and wrote with Nevil several songs on the recent "Hannah Montana" soundtrack starring Miley Cyrus that debuted No 1 Pop.

Yasmin, Sasha, Jade and Cloe and new Bratz girl Breeana - "the only girls with a passion for fashion" - perform on "Bratz Fashion Pixiez." "They sing well as a group," says Siegel, "but it's important for each girl to have solo numbers to show off her own musical style and personality, too."

Bratz began as a line of lifestyle fashion dolls manufactured by MGA Entertainment, a leader in consumer entertainment products for children of all ages, and became a worldwide phenomenon among tween girls (ages 6-12). Bratz has won more awards and received more press recognition than any other fashion doll brand since its debut in 2001. More than 125 million Bratz dolls have been sold worldwide.
