New York, NY (Atlantic Records) -- Gnarls Barkley have teamed up with their friends The Flaming Lips for a pair of year-end California shows that just may be the most memorable nights of the year. Possibly YOUR LIFE! More Confetti! More Blood! Laser-light retina burn! Potential partial nudity! What's not to like?

The Bay area show is confirmed for December 30th at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. The Los Angeles New Year's Eve show will be at the Galen Center on the campus of USC in downtown, Los Angeles. Tickets for both shows are now available.

Gnarls recently unveiled their limited edition re-release of ST. ELSEWHERE. This special CD+DVD includes a deluxe o-card adorned with a 3-D lenticular rendition of the album cover, a 92-page booklet, bonus music videos, and previously unreleased live audio tracks.

The band's video for 'Crazy' won 2 MTV Video Music Awards this Summer and recently won 2 EMAs at the MTV Europe Awards in Copenhagen. They also won the Left Field Woodie trophy at the mtvU Woodie Awards.

Currently gracing the cover of Spin's November issue, Gnarls recently announced plans to celebrate the New Year by accompanying the Red Hot Chili Peppers on the next leg of their ongoing US tour.
