New York, NY. (RoadRunner Records) - Launch Radio Networks reports: Stone Sour guitarist Jim Root gets to pretend it's Halloween every day when he puts on a mask and costume to tour with his other band, Slipknot. But surprisingly, Root told Launch that he doesn't get too excited when the actual holiday rolls around. "You know, Halloween, I don't know, I'm not much of a sit-at-home and, you know, open the-door-for-kids-and-give-candy-out type of guy," he said. "And I'm never home, so...I suppose maybe one of these days if I ever have kids, I might change my mind about that, but indifferent, I guess, on the whole Halloween thing." Stone Sour's Come What(ever) May, is in stores now. Get a taste of the album by checking out the video for their smash hit, "Through Glass" HERE. Voliminal: Inside The Nine, which takes a comprehensive and candid look inside the world of Slipknot, arrives on December 5.
