NEW YORK, NY. (McMullen & Company Public Relations) -Brilliant Technologies Corporation (OTCBB:BLLN) ("the Company") and Warner Music Group today jointly announced a licensing deal for the Company's groundbreaking Qtrax service.

This announcement followed a joint announcement on September 7th 2006 with The Orchard, the world's leading digital distributor and marketer of independent music. And this was preceded last month with a joint licensing announcement with EMI Music Publishing, the world's largest music publisher.

Prior to that Qtrax announced deals with EMI Music, the world's largest independent music company, TVT Records, the no. 1 US independent music Company, ASCAP, the Performing Rights Organization that represents the world's largest repertory totaling over 8 million copyrighted musical works of every style and genre and BMI, the American performing rights organization that represents more than 300,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers.

Allan Klepfisz, President & CEO of the Company observed: "The momentum is considerable and escalating. All the deals we have struck have been groundbreaking for the companies involved as well as for the specific industry segment. We were the first advertising supported legal P2P to announce a licensing agreement with a Performing Rights Organization, with an independent record Company, with a major record company, with a major publisher etc. The next quarter is set to be exciting as we put into place the requisite final building blocks to launch our cutting edge service. We and our partners are acutely aware of the enormous potential this innovative service has for the industry and for our Company. As a result we are focusing all of the Company's resources on the Qtrax launch".
