This album reflects the life and times of this young songbird. 'This Episode' leads the listener through the up and downs of life, first love and first heart break, It is intimate look at Jyn Luna.
With anticipation from her fans and reviewers alike this is sure to be the indie album of the year. Jyn Luna join the Revealed Records/GiG Productions family 2 years ago and with their guidance has bloom into a songstress that is sure to make waves among the sea of female singers today.
The first promotional single from this album will also be released, a new studio track Day by Day' , a cut that closely follows the 'Reggae and Hip Hop' rhythms and the unique and admirable style of the new idol of New Soul music.
Comprised of 12 tracks that range from 'Neo-Soul' 'Hip Hop' and 'R&B,' music, 'Episode' comes to life with the first single 'Day by Day.'
Surrounded by the legendary music written by Tess Escoto, Jyn moves comfortably and with much ease between the different rhythms of 'Blues,' 'Latin' and 'Soul,' corroborating time and again her unique position in the competitive world of music.
Among some of the tracks worth mentioning are the musical gems composed by world renown vocal coach and producers Jeff Arcio and Tess Escoto 'Day by Day' , which cleverly opens the album, 'Flying Away, and the melancholic and hopelessly romantic ballet 'Uh Uh' .
Nonetheless, the indisputable greatness of 'This Episode' lies with the 'musical and old school' style tracks, which has been Jyn Luna's trademark and the genre that catapulted her music career, establishing her as one of the most important representatives of 'New Soul' music worldwide. Among some of the highlights in this genre are the new studio track 'Day by Day' and the underground anthem 'Flying Away'
