Orlando, FL. (LCO - Levine Communications Office) - Promo Only MPE (www.promoonlympe.com) today announced the addition of 20+ year music industry veteran, Michael Becker, to its team as in-house consultant. Becker will assist record labels and broadcasters in utilizing the industry-leading digital distribution system which recently surpassed 9,000 registered users and has serviced well over 22,000 tracks, more than four times its nearest competitor. In addition to his role with Promo Only MPE, Becker will continue working as president of Reel Sound, Inc., a company specializing in music supervision, record promotion & marketing services.
Becker's lengthy and illustrious career includes highly successful stints at MCA and Motown Records, ten years with Sony Music, and as Vice President of National Promotion with Capitol Records. He has worked with and contributed to the success of multi-platinum artists such as Mariah Carey, LL Cool J, Jennifer Lopez, Fiona Apple, Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks and Coldplay. Additionally, Becker has been instrumental in the promotion of numerous hit soundtracks including the Oscar and Grammy winning, Titanic.
