LOS ANGELES (LONG LIVE CRIME RECORDS) - Los Angeles based record label Long Live Crime Records dives head first into the urban world with Pony Boi.

Long Live Crime Records has signed Pony Boi to its Los Angeles based record label. With an album due to hit the streets in October, Pony Boi has already begun to see success with the release of the first single 'Don't Shake It' featuring Da Brat. The second single due to drop soon features special guest appearances from Shar Jackson and Guerilla Black.

The album 'Who Woulda Thought'...is homage to the life he has lived, the women he has loved and the excitement of looking toward the future. Calling on his friends to make be a part of the Pony Boi experience there are some great guest appearances on the album. Along with Shar Jackson, Guerilla Black and Da Brat. There are also songs that feature Marc7 from Jurassic 5, Dyron and Buccweat; with great producers like Charlemagne (Shyne, Talib Kweli), Grammy award winning Arden Altino (Alicia Keys), Big John and Dutch (Ice Cube, Sisqo).

'I am excited about the diversity of the music we are putting out here at Long Live Crime. Having an artist like Pony Boi on the label has been a great addition to the family.' Says General manager Susan Ferris.
