FORT WAYNE, Ind. (GREM USA) - GREM USA announced today that recording artist Bill Leverty of FireHouse has entered into an exclusive endorsement with GREM USA. As quoted by President and CEO Edward Miers, "These are truly exciting times for GREM USA as we are now in the breakout stage of our developmental company. Bill's signing is what we hope to be the beginning of many dynamic events to be announced in 2006."
On June 20th Bill Leverty visited the GREM USA factory and upon completion of the tour was quoted as saying, "I was blown away by the size of the factory and the superior craftsmanship of every GREM guitar and I would be honored to be part of this company." Mr. Leverty further stated, "With the finalization of our agreement I will be playing GREM's guitars exclusively while on tour with FireHouse, in studio recordings, and in select guitar clinics of our distributors across the country."
On June 21st Mr. Miers and Bill Leverty were interviewed by SubPennyRadio.com where they answered questions in regards to the signing of the consummate lead guitarist of FireHouse, the factory completion, and the future direction of GREM USA. The interview will air as part of the LIVE evening radio show 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Wednesday July 5th. This broadcast is available to anyone from any computer connected to the Internet. The interview will also be looped as part of the archive throughout the following day, July 6th. Beginning Monday, July 10th the interview will be accessible as a podcast from subpennyradio.com.
As stated by Mr. Miers, "I would like to thank everyone who has visited the factory and especially our long-term shareholders for their continued faith and patience as we continue to advance the Company forward. I will be closing on an approved personal guaranteed loan of approximately $400,000 - $500,000 based on the appraised value of the GREM USA real estate. This will provide the Company with the necessary cash flow to begin immediate production and shipment of the product line." Mr. Miers further stated, "Based on the current business model there will be NO reverse split at this time and we see no need to increase the current authorized share structure."
The new GREM USA website is online and will continue to evolve as GREM adds more features and exclusive artists while increasing the Company's presence in the custom guitar industry. The Company currently has five original guitar designs and will introduce three additional designs this fall totaling eight original designs by GREM which will include "The Bill Leverty Free Radical" to be featured on the Artist page of the website within a few weeks.
Any interested parties are encouraged to visit the factory and schedule a tour for an opportunity to see the progress and achievements made thus far. Likewise, music store dealers, collectors, and music enthusiasts interested in purchasing the Company's custom handmade guitars are encouraged to phone the Company directly at 260-456-2354 or visit https://www.gremusa.com for more information.
