Music Presents Hip Hop Palooza 2006. The Hip Hop Palooza Tour 2006 was designed to promote Independent artists from Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY and Atlanta, GA, to audiences in other major music markets. The Hip Hop Palooza Tour 2006 has a companion (for promotion only) compilation CD that includes all the artists on the tour as well as others.
