WHO: Honorees: Singer/songwriter/guitarist and co-founder of Metallica James Hetfield and renowned concert promoter and manager Bill Silva.

Host: Comedian and author of He's Just Not That Into You Greg Behrendt.

Presenters: Comedian Jim Breuer will present the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award to honoree James Hetfield; comedian Margaret Cho will present the MusiCares From the Heart Award to honoree Bill Silva.

Performers: Alice in Chains' Jerry Cantrell and Sean Kinney with Metallica's James Hetfield and Robert Trujillo, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Jason Mraz, and Tom Waits.

Attendees: MusiCares Foundation Board Chairman Les Bider; Biff Butler, the son of legendary Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler; Sully Erna of Godsmack; Kirk Hammett and Lars Ulrich of Metallica; singer/songwriter/producer Mark Hudson; Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister; Billy Morrison of Camp Freddy; Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne; and MusiCares Foundation and Recording Academy President Neil Portnow.

Dinner Chairs: Musician Dave Navarro, entertainment attorneys Howard E. King and Peter Paterno, and Goldenvoice co-founder Paul Tollett.

WHAT: The 2nd annual MusiCares MAP FundSM Benefit Concert — A dinner and concert to benefit the MusiCares MAP Fund, which provides members of the music community access to addiction recovery treatment regardless of their financial situation. Hetfield will be honored as the recipient of the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award for his dedication and support of the MusiCares MAP Fund and his devotion to helping other addicts with the recovery process. Silva will be the recipient of the MusiCares From the Heart Award for his unconditional friendship and dedication to the mission and goals of the organization. The evening will feature a buffet dinner and performances by a range of special musical guests. Balcony seating is available for $250 per ticket.
