LOS ANGELES, CA. (Christopher Street West) - Christopher Street West has announced performers who will be seen on the Main Stage at the 2006 LA Pride Festival in West Hollywood, June 10-11, 2006.

The Bangles will headline Saturday, June 10. The all-woman band, known for such hit songs as "Manic Monday," "Walk Like an Egyptian" and "Eternal Flame," had numerous songs on both the U.S. and the U.K. charts throughout the mid- to late-eighties.

Taylor Dayne, who has had hits on both the U.S. and U.K. charts, including "Tell It To My Heart," "Don't Rush Me" and "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love," will perform Sunday, June 11. Also performing on Sunday are Berlin featuring Terri Nunn, known for "Take My Breath Away," Bow Wow Wow, best known for "I Want Candy" and Billie Myers who experienced overnight success with her hit single "Kiss the Rain."

Other Main Stage performers throughout the weekend will include: CeCe Peniston ("Finally"), Grammy Award-winning Legend Thelma Houston ("Don't Leave Me This Way"), Niki Harris ("What's It Gonna Be"), Animotion ("Obsession") and Rock Star: INXS contestant Deanna Johnston.
