NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - P. Diddy, Jay-Z, and R. Kelly will perform at this year's LIFEbeat UrbanAID 2 benefit concert on April 9 at the Beacon Theater in New York.

P. Diddy, along with Russell Simmons, is also serving as co-chairperson of the event, while comedian Jamie Foxx has signed on to host. More artists will be announced shortly.

UrbanAID 2 is part of LIFEbeat's efforts to increase awareness of HIV prevention and AIDS issues in the urban community.
