Nashville, TN (Lost Trailers Official Website) - The
Lost Trailers are the only country act chosen for the spring season of AOL
Music Breakers. The program, which is sponsored by Mercedes-Benz, is designed to give guaranteed superstar treatment to artists on the rise. Beginning March 31, fans can go to AOLMusic.com to discover great music from The Lost Trailers.
The
Lost Trailers commented, 'After years of working hard and touring the country, it is an honor to be recognized by AOL as one of the up and coming new artists.'
Breaker artists will be showcased on AOLMusic.com and across the AOL® Music and Radio Networks. Elements of the artist campaigns include an appearance on AOL® Sessions, the intimate, in-studio performance series, AIM® Music Interviews, song and music video debuts, and heavy rotation on AOL Radio ( https://www.aolradio.com ).
Recent Breakers artists include 2006 Best New Artist Grammy winner John Legend and platinum artists Fall Out Boy and Sugarland, as well as Avril Lavigne, Josh Groban, 50 Cent and Michelle Branch, among others.
The Lost Trailers play straight from the hip country music that caught the attention of Willie Nelson in 2000 who invited them to play his Fourth of July Picnic. Their music features Stokes Nielson's gift for songwriting, Ryder Lee's passionate vocals, Manny Medina's signature guitar licks, Jeff Potter and Andrew Nielson's driving rhythm and topped off with Trailer harmonies. The band's lead single, "Call Me Crazy," is a song about the optimism and recklessness of youth, of living fast with no regrets, and, more than anything, it is about faith in true love. The self-titled album is planned for release on BNA Records Summer 2006.
