NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - No Doubt and R.E.M. are among those who will honor U2 frontman Bono at a fundraising event on Valentine's Day at a concert called Love Rocks: Celebrating the Biggest Hearts in Entertainment.

The concert, which was organized by the Entertainment Industry Foundation, will pay tribute to Bono for his charitable nature and will also be the official launch of EIF's National Cardiovascular Research Initiative. Drew Carey will host the show, which will be held at Hollywood's Kodak Theater on February 14th.

The National Cardiovascular Research Initiative is being launched to raise awareness of and money for cardiovascular disease, which is, according to the EIF, the leading cause of death in America.
