Chicago, IL (MUSIC FORTE INC.) - MusicForte.com, a division of Music Forte, Inc., has teamed up with RIO Records, and other Independent labels and artists out of Japan, in order to provide a unique opportunity for all musicians looking to further their reach in the global music market.

The business plan is similar to their US distribution service, with added benefits. All artists who join, will have distribution in the US and in Japan. CDs are warehoused in both countries, and advertised on Amazon.com as well as Amazon.co.jp. Additionally, advertisements of the CD release are place in publications of the Kansai area, which covers Osaka (the second largest city in Japan). The planning of expanding publications within Osaka and to Tokyo is already underway to compensate for the high demand of this service.

Translations are performed by native Japanese speakers - not by third party software services. "We feel it's very important to capture not just the words, but the personality of the musicians. There is no software program, that is even coming remotely close with translations between Japanese and English. There are far too many meanings for Kanji characters." says Greg Percifield, CEO of Music Forte Inc. Greg spent 9 years performing abroad in Japan, and is thrilled to be opening Music Forte up to this booming entertainment market.

Music Forte is determined to pick up where other distribution companies are failing. "It's great to have a popular storefront presence, but there still needs to be an audience before any CDs will sell." explains Greg. Music Forte has selected some of the most popular club circuit and bar publications for advertising and promoting bands. The promotional services at Music Forte are expanding to help artists create and build their own fan-base. The contacts and connections Music Forte has established in the entertainment industry of Japan are very solid. "The near decade of time spent in Japan has certainly opened many doors. Music Forte has established relationships with record labels, booking agents, and tour guides. We even branch out into the television entertainment industry with NHK, and Osaka's Yoshimoto. We're prepared to help take the bands as far as they are willing and able to go."

The Japan Artist Promotion service is just one of many services that have recently opened at Music Forte. Other services include CD replication, press kits, and radio promotion. Music Forte staff is entirely composed of musicians, who have stepped up to the plate to provide the best in musician services.
