Sydney, AU. (Universal Music Australia) - Rockers the Kaiser Chiefs had a riot at the annual Brit Awards, picking up a hat trick of prizes at the biggest and most prestigious night of the country's music calendar.

The Chiefs, who kicked off the event at the cavernous Earls Court exhibition centre in west London with one of their best-known songs "I Predict A Riot", won Best British Group, Best British Rock Act and Best British Live Act. Front man Ricky Wilson was taciturn in his acceptance speech, saying: "This means the world."

Formed in the summer of 2003 and named after a successful South African football team, Hailing from Leeds in England, Kaiser Chiefs continue to make a splash around the world. They've had 3 UK Top 10 Singles, and their debut album 'Employment' has spent more than 8 months inside the Top 10 Album Chart in UK.

Employment is the Kaiser Chief's debut album.

Modern Way, the next single will be serviced to Australian radio on Feb 27

Enjoyment DVD (out now) features over 3 hours of footage including a 90 minute band film, 2 LIVE concerts, 5 video clips, a BBC documentary and 3 Festival performances!
