LOS ANGELES (davidhansen.us) - Los Angeles based singer songwriter composer's full length CD, "All That I Could Give", is now available through CD Baby.
The ten original tracks showcase a soulful, sensitive soft rock sound with echoes of Dave Grusin, Michael Franks, and Josh Groban. "All That I Could Give", features six vocal tracks and 4 instrumentals. Stand out tracks include Love in 3 Days, an inspiring vocal track building into vocal jazz 5 part harmony, Armada, a
David Benoit-esque movie theme flute and keyboard feature, "The Meaning", a suspended sound churning love song building to four part harmony, and the title track which contrasts light and dark moods with emotionally lush jazzy keyboard voicings accompanying beautiful flowing melodies and harmonies.
All That I Could Give was written, arranged, performed, and produced by David Hansen at "The Playroom" recording studio in Chicago Heights, IL. (Joe Bader - now in Chicago) and Hansen's own High Vibe Studio in Los Angeles. The CD features guest artists Jim Widlowski and Howard Greene on drums and percussion, Joel Hipps and Chip Wilkins on guitar, Angela Doctor on vocals, and Bob Mathes on flute.
