Kylie Minogue concluded the 12th and final date of the U.S. leg of her global 'Tension Tour' at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena. The expansive tour marks a massive career milestone for the two time Grammy Award Winning artist, with her largest tour in the United States. After opening in Kylie's home country of Australia earlier this year, the world tour headed to Asia before kicking off the North American leg in Toronto. Kylie will now go on to the UK,
Europe and finally South and Central
America in August.
Kylie's U.S. fans have patiently awaited the superstar's arrival stateside for over a decade. The 'Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour' in 2011 was the last time much of the country saw Minogue live. A massive pop spectacle, it was named one of Billboard's annual "Top 25 Tours", and Pollstar's "Top 50 Worldwide Tours". Shortly after the smash success of "
Padam Padam" and Tension, Kylie sold out her highly anticipated Las
Vegas Debut Residency at Voltaire (The Venetian Resort) which opened in 2023, extending through May 2024. Shortly after, she announced she would triumphantly return to the United States with what would be her biggest tour to date.
Making her Madison
Square Garden headline debut on April 4 and 5, the New York Post declared "she was the hottest ticket in town" and Billboard glowed "it was all Minogue's world. She owned the stage as if she had been playing it forever." As she made her way from the East Coast, South and Westward, The Orlando Sentinel gushed "Kylie Minogue sparkles with staying power."
