Molly Tuttle Performs "San Joaquin" On 'Grand Ole Opry'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Molly Tuttle was joined by Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show on the Grand Ole Opry stage in Nashville in February to perform "San Joaquin," a song they co-wrote for her 2023 album with her band Golden Highway, City of Gold, which won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album.

City of Gold followed Tuttle and Golden Highway's acclaimed 2022 record, Crooked Tree, which also won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album. Produced by Tuttle and Jerry Douglas and recorded in Nashville, City of Gold was inspired by Tuttle's near constant touring with Golden Highway and their growth together as musicians and performers, cohering as a band. These 13 tracks - mostly written by Tuttle and Secor - capture the electric energy of the band's live shows by highlighting each member's musical strengths.

Molly Tuttle returns to the Opry House in Nashville on Sunday for The Grand Ole Opry's Titan of Twang: A Celebration of Duane Eddy, hosted by Jim Lauderdale, along with Peter Frampton, Vince Gill, Albert Lee, and many more. She joins her Golden Highway bandmates later this month to conclude their tour with Brooks & Dunn, before meeting up with Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit for two shows in Colorado.
