New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today, rising hip-hop/R&B sensation PARIS. keeps his prolific streak going with the release of his new two-pack single "Like Purr" and "OK!" via PARTNERS and Universal Music.
"Like Purr" and "OK!" are co-produced by PARIS. and GoodWaterRemi, showcasing the versatility of the Vancouver-raised artist as he tackles two different vibes. "Like Purr" is a record for the ladies, with PARIS. serenading his better half over a melodic piano-driven beat. "OK!" is a smooth cut that sees PARIS. reflecting on his humble beginnings before reaching star status, flexing his luxury lifestyle, and spitting flirtatious bars to his love interest.
About the new release, PARIS. says, "I've always loved making music for women. There's something about a confident woman that always gets me. That's why I wanted to start off the new year with a dual package for the PYG girlies."
The two new tracks arrive on the heels of a strong 2024 campaign for PARIS., which included a constant stream of new singles, the release of his debut EP Northside, and a partnership with the Toronto Raptors and Sportsnet for his anthemic single "4th Quarter."
This month, PARIS. is performing across various cities in The Philippines before returning to Toronto for a headline show on February 21. "I'm excited to experience the motherland for all it has to offer and hopefully leave a PYG impression," he adds. "It's a blessing to have the opportunity to perform in The Philippines."
