New York, NY (WILLIAMSBURG RECORDS) - Williamsburg Records may have just tapped into the niche market of a generation engrossed in Internet downloads and computer networking. With Gad Romann as the creative force driving the label, his musical mastery is quickly translated into the successful marketing of both single songs and packaged albums.

Williamsburg Records is named after a section of Brooklyn known for its diverse and amazing talent - quite fitting since Romann's vision is as unique as its inhabitants and contributors. He's not interested in selling platinum albums; he's determined to get his and his artists' music noticed by the absolute quality of each individual song. And it seems to be working.

Already gaining remarkable momentum on college airwaves is Williamsburg artist, Nouvelle Frontiére's song 'Sandra Dee', a quirky up-tempo love song with driving guitar and urgent vocals. Airplay of the single stems in part from the increasing popularity of Williamsburg Records site on the networking phenomenon MySpace.com.

Gad Romann can also take a single tune - be it poetic, progressive, rich in melody or poignant in lyric - and transform it into a solitary graphic. From there he spawned a thriving boutique clothing business inspired by his music. Many articles of clothing in his line display a single graphic inspired by a song.

Most notable to his clothing line might be a T-Shirt coined 'Nature (Hurricane Katrina)' in which a grimacing skeleton holds a banner reading "Wanted: Katrina for the death of a city." The inspiration of this despondent illustration was lifted from his song of the same name. The track is dedicated to the victims of hurricane Katrina, and is been well received by national college radio.

Also in honor of the victims of Hurricane Katrina, Gad Romann and Williamsburg Records have put a day in their brand new recording studio up for auction, with the proceeds going to charity. The highest bidder on CharityBuzz.com will get to experience first hand what it's like to be both a recording artist and a producer.
