Dream Music is proud to announce the digital single release of "Lonesome with Heartaches," by the Larry Stephenson Band. The song includes Larry Stephenson on lead vocals and mandolin, with the exceptional talents of Nick Dauphinais on guitar and vocals, Derek Vaden on banjo and vocals, and Andy Brown on bass.
"Lonesome with Heartaches" was written and recorded by Bill Harrell and the Virginians in the 80s when Stephenson was in the band. "This song hasn't been cut since its first release and I've always had this one in the back of my mind," said Stephenson, "and not only does the talented Deanie Richardson join us on this track playing fiddle, but she plays a very IMPRESSIVE TRIPLE FIDDLES! I'm looking forward to you hearing how she kicks this one off!"
"Lonesome with Heartaches" appears on the group's upcoming album, Cast a Lonesome Shadow, scheduled for release in early 2024. Previous singles from this project include "That'll Get Me Through Missouri," "Good Love Gets Better With Time," and "I'm a Ramblin' Man.'
