LOS ANGELES (AP) - If you've watched the actors in past Alanis Morissette videos and thought, "Man, I could do that," now's your chance.

This weekend, Morissette will film her video for "Hands Clean" in Los Angeles, and she's looking for 15 folks between the ages of 18 and 25 to act in various scenes. Interested parties should e-mail their photo, name, address and phone number to [email protected]. The video is being directed by Francis Lawrence, who has worked with a wide range of artists in the past, including Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson and Aerosmith.

Morissette's third album, Under Rug Swept, is scheduled for release in late February (see). The disc features the song "Utopia," which was written in the wake of September 11. Morissette wrote 26 songs for the record, and 11 made the final cut.

She is scheduled to perform at four upcoming radio festivals: December 3 at the FleetCenter in Boston, December 7 at the Cox Arena in San Diego, December 8 at the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore and December 13 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. A full world tour is expected to follow in 2002.
