Cande Y Paulo Release Festive Cover Feliz Navidad And Announce Debut Tour Including Dates With Jack Savoretti

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Following the release of their self-titled debut album earlier this year, captivating musical couple Cande y Paulo release breath-taking rendition of José Feliciano's popular festive track "Feliz Navidad" and announce their debut European tour, including 16 dates supporting chart-topping singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti.

It was the song that nearly never was, last year the duo were set to fly over to the US to record the single, however, due to COVID lockdowns, they became stranded in Barcelona. On the recording of the single, Cande Y Paulo say:
"We faced many obstacles with this recording, but we managed to overcome them and record from a distance with our producer Larry Klein. The track travelled from Barcelona to LA and back again many times. We hope "Feliz Navidad" brings much light to everyone around the world who has suffered during these difficult times. It is made to celebrate getting together and renew hope that a new freedom is nearby."

"Feliz Navidad" was produced by multi-Grammy award-winning Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock) and features performances from Victor Indirizzo on drums and Anthony Wilson on guitar.

Cande y Paulo are Cande Buasso and Paulo Carrizo. The Pair first met, in San Juan. Carrizo, a multi-instrumentalist and arranger, gave Buasso piano lessons. The duo caught the world's attention when a performance of "Barro Tal Vez", an achingly intense but minimalist Argentine rock classic, went viral on YouTube, amassing over 12 million views.

Their self-titled debut album, released earlier this year via Decca Records/Universal Music is a beautiful collection of re-worked songs. Including "I Fall In Love Too Easily", "Summertime", "Treaty", "The Thrill Is Gone", "Sugar Mountain", "Tuyo" and of course, the song that started it all for the duo, "Barro Tal Vez".
