IRVINE, Calif. (Vision Entertainment) - Vision Entertainment brings the 2005 XM Satellite Radio Hot Import Nights (HIN) tour to the Phoenix Cricket Pavilion October 15. HIN Phoenix will feature Pitbull headlining the entertainment, with Power 92.3 bringing hip hop's best music to the Pavilion. The show is a new HIN format, from 4-11 p.m., that combines a day and night event held outside to showcase drifting and stunt bike demos. HIN, presented by Valvoline Synpower, is the largest lifestyle custom car show in the nation and the only one of its kind that brings together all elements of youth and car culture in one night.

Pitbull's debut album, M.I.A.M.I. (Money Is a Major Issue), was released this year by TVT Records, known as the Crunk movement's premier label with artists like Lil' John and the Ying Yang Twins. Featured songs on the album include "That's Nasty (Remix)" with Lil' John and Fat Joe, "Oye" from the 2 Fast 2 Furious soundtrack and his hit debut single, "Culo".

HIN Phoenix will feature professional drifting exhibitions, and a tandem drifting demo with 100-mph performance superkarts from the Bondurant SuperKart School. In addition, Kane One, formerly of Las Vegas Extremes, will host an exclusive sport bike stunt exhibition and showcase. Hundreds of the hottest custom cars compete for prizes in several categories inside the show. HIN costs $25 for general admission and $55 to enter the car competition.

Besides drifting demos and Pitbull's performance, event attendees have the opportunity to meet Ursula Mayes, Miss HIN 2005 and 2004 Maxim "Hometown Hottie" finalist, Martina Andrews, a Maxim Hottie Top Ten finalist and Danielle Gamba, the first ever FHM three-time Hometown Honey winner.

Entertainment also includes Moonshine Record's DJ MISS LISA on the Mazda Electronic Music Stage with HIN's Glo-Go dancers and, live on the Pepsi Street Motion Stage, host DJ Lady Tribe spins hip-hop music while accompanied by local DJs. Showcased throughout the night are performances from local and national artists in the urban community, including dance troupes, DJs and b-boy battles, all competing for the Pepsi trophy.

More information on HIN can be found at www.hotimportnights.com. The XM Satellite Radio's Hot Import Nights, presented by Valvoline Synpower, is also sponsored by Dunlop Tires; Pepsi; Meguiar's; Mazda; Hanes Perfect T; Circuit City; Verizon Wireless; Subaru; NGK Sparkplugs; Overboost.com; Performance Auto & Sound Magazine; Vertical Scope, publishers of Modified Magazine and Modified Luxury & Exotics and Hachette Filipacchi Media, publisher of Road and Track, Car and Driver, Speed and Road Gear magazines.
