NEW YORK (TVT Records) - Born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Latin Pop and R&B sensation, Marcos Hernandez has signed a record deal with independent powerhouse, TVT Records. The 23 year-old vocalist is already working in the studio on his Ultratrax/TVT debut, "C About Me" scheduled for a late-October 2005 release. The debut will feature production by Scott Storch, Steve Morales and Rich E. Blaze.

Marcos was first discovered at the age of 18 as a member of the Dallas-based group, Sons of Harmony. As a key member of the group, Marcos performed with such acts as 98 Degrees, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore and Pink, as well as completing a 30-city tour with the Grammy Award winning group, Destiny's Child.

After the success of Sons of Harmony, Marcos decided to spread his solo wings. His debut single, "If You Were Mine" is currently climbing the Pop charts and cementing his place as the next heartthrob with a Latin Pop pedigree.

About TVT Records: Headquartered in New York City, TVT Records is Billboard's #1 independent record company of 2005.
TVT's other notable urban releases: Atlanta hip-hop duo Ying Yang Twins platinum fourth album, U.S.A. (United State of Atlanta), 'Kings of Crunk' Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz double-platinum album Crunk Juice and the gold-certified M.I.A.M.I. from Cuban-American emcee Pitbull.
Upcoming urban releases for 2006 include deep-fried Memphis rapper Yo Gotti, Newark emcee O-Solo and Lil' Jon-protégé Chyna Whyte, a female rap slayer with vicious rhymes and incredible lyrical dexterity.
