LOS ANGELES (Dirrty Records/ www.dirrtyrecords.com) - Having shared the stage with SNOOP DOGG, TWISTA, OUTKAST, JUVENILE and CHINGY, rapper Dough'Boy has inked a deal with the Los Angeles based record label Dirrty Records. "Dough'Boy is considered by many as one of the most anticipated new stars in rap music," says Dirrty Records Founder/CEO Lunden De'Leon. "He's talented, smart and we're very delighted to welcome him to the Dirrty Records family." Recently featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Business Week, The New York Times and Black Enterprise, Dirrty Records opened its doors in Fall 2003 signing award-winning rocker DH Peligro (Dead Kennedys, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and made headlines around the world for releasing a punk remake of Jimi Hendrix's classic Purple Haze. "Since starting Dirrty Records, I have a greater respect for black record label executives like Puffy, Jay-Z, Russell Simmons, Damon Dash and many more," says De'Leon. "You must be business savvy and extremely creative to compete with the majors." Dough'Boy's new album entitled "Collections" will hit stores nationwide this fall.
