LOS ANGELES (Bungalo Records/ www.bungalorecords.com) - Bungalo Records, exclusively distributed by Universal Music & Video Distribution, and Fireworks Productions announced today that they are aligning to maximize the various strengths of each company in a collective effort to develop a more extensive distribution and marketing formula.

As a result of the strategic union with Fireworks Productions, Bungalo Records will not only be a full service record label and distribution vehicle, but they will also be a fully formed promotion, production, and marketing force with global reach. Through Fireworks Productions, Bungalo Records will now be able to offer new in-house capabilities such as music video production, lifestyle and street marketing, radio promotions, creative design, and online marketing.
Bungalo Records' CEO Paul Ring added, "We are extremely excited about the opportunity for Bungalo Records and Fireworks Productions to join forces since we both compliment each other so well. With a strategic partnership like this, we will empower one another with the tools necessary for maximizing exposure by reaching a much larger audience."

The partnership allows Fireworks Productions to sign and develop talent through their multi-year distribution deal with Bungalo Records and Universal Music and Video Distribution. Having this distribution mechanism in place now provides Fireworks Productions with the ability to share creative content they have produced for their impressive client list as well as their own Fight Town Films. Fireworks Productions' CEO Mike "Heat" Williams had this to say, "We are very pleased to see that our relationship with Bungalo Records has continued to evolve. This alliance creates a perfect situation for us both and we see it developing not only a dominant record label, but also a multi-media entertainment power house."
