BAY CITY, MI. (Sciax Cosp.) - Sciax Corp. announced today that it has completed an Agreement of Acquisition with RMD Entertainment Inc. As a result of this agreement RMD Entertainment Inc. is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp.

This acquisition marks the first success of the acquisition strategy that Sciax Corp. has been pursuing for some time. "We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of RMD Entertainment and expect this new business interest to provide increased shareholder value," stated Nitin Amersey, Chairman of Sciax Corp. "A continuation of this strategy is expected to result in further acquisitions as Sciax continues to evolve its business model," he added.

"We look forward to a long lasting and fruitful relationship between RMD and Sciax Corporation," stated Giorgio Costonis, CEO of RMD Entertainment Inc. "Our strategy is to continue being aggressive in finding high profile/high profit music and film projects that present the least amount of risk to RMD and Sciax Corp.," he added. "The benefit of joining forces with Sciax is that we will be able to capitalize more projects than we could have on our own," he further stated.
