RICHMOND, VA. (Digitone Records) - Breakthrough Italian Rock band 'Guilty Method' has signed a U.S. distribution agreement with Digitone Records. Gary Gaskin, Director of A&R for Digitone Records, made the announcement.

'We're thrilled to have Guilty Method as a part of the Digitone Records family. We look forward to a long-term relationship and their success as both musicians and songwriters,' said Gaskin.

Guilty Method is an intense fusion of melancholy, enthusiasm, energy and class. Their debut album 'Touch', released by About-Rock for Sony Italy on November 7, 2003, has sold thousands of copies in Italy, and throughout Europe. They have toured constantly since its release and have shared the stage with American touring bands like Mudvayne and Korn.

Guilty Method's debut album 'Touch' will be released in the United States on July 19th, 2005 and is being distributed nationally to retailers such as Virgin Megastores, Best Buy, fye, Tower Records, and to online music vendors such as amazon.com, i-tunes and CD Baby. Expectations are high that the CD will track well both in sales and the charts. Beginning this week, more than 250 commercial and college radio stations will receive a copy of the CD as it goes for ads on June 9th.
