Little Monarch Reveals New Single "See You"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The first single off Little Monarch's upcoming EP, "See You," blends ethereal vocals over a grounded mid tempo beat. Written in the sacred valley of Peru after a quest up to the summit of Machu Picchu, the heartfelt song poured out of lead singer Casey Kalmenson.

The song departs from the bands easygoing indie pop sounds to carry listeners on a deeper journey. It hits home for anyone who has left something or someone they truly love in search of their own true self. Upon returning to Los Angeles, Casey collaborated with longtime friend and producer Ryan Marrone to bring the song to life. He added his signature textures, intoxicating synth orchestration, and gave the song its own unique heartbeat.

"See You" evolves climactically just as much as soul searching does, leaving the listener with an expansive feeling of freedom. After the success of their first EP, Casey struggled to find her identity again within the project. Shedding industry expectations, this EP represents stepping into a more authentic expression of herself as a writer, producer, and front woman. She describes her intention with this music as a "coming home party." and "a realization that the project is a platform for sharing all sides and sounds of myself through sonic experimentation and story telling".
