NASHVILLE, TN. (Bill Yates Fan Club announcement) - The Billy Yates International Fan Club's Countriest of the Country show will be held at 6:00 p.m on June 8th at the legendary Ernest Tubb
Texas Troubadour Theater in Nashville. The show's host, Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, Billy Yates will be joined by special guests Daryle Singletary, Ken Mellons,
Kevin Denney, Becky Hobbs, Allen Frizzell, Dean Miller, Victor Sanz and International guest, Ruud Hermans from Holland.
For the past several years, Yates has hosted an annual "free-to-all" fan club party that has shown continual growth each year. "This year I decided to invite some friends to stop by to perform, sell a few tickets and then give the money to one of my favorite charities, Christmas for the Children. This will be the first year of what will hopefully turn into an annual fundraising event. The first fan club party was held just a few years ago with only a handful in attendance.
Last year we had close to four hundred people show up and this year, with the incredible guests involved, I anticipate selling out right away.", says Yates, who is offering tickets initially to members of his FREE online fan club. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on May 18th.
"We are so grateful to Billy Yates for including Christmas for the Children in his fund-raising efforts this year." Jim Smith, spokesperson for Christmas for the Children, said. "We are so appreciative to have the opportunity to be a part of this incredible evening. I'd also like to say thanks to all who buy tickets and attend the show. Not only are you going to experience a wonderful evening of great country music, but you're also helping to provide a great Christmas for some kids who might not otherwise have one."
