BRENTWOOD, TN. (Sparrow Records) - A classic literary tale rich in eternal truth comes to the silver screen this Christmas with the release of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the major media coverage begins now.

Based on the work by C. S. Lewis adored by kids and adults alike, the film is the most anticipated book-to-movie adaptation this year according to a poll at Relevant.com, outpacing interest in other big releases such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Johnny Depp) and War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise).

This week, Newsweek and USA Today provide first looks at the feature film presentation of The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe, and the movie trailer will make its national television debut May 7 on ABC during the broadcast of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
