Ultimate Queen Celebration Starring Marc Martel To Perform At SugarHouse Casino
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The legendary Queen tribute band, Ultimate Queen Celebration, starring Marc Martel, brings Queen's unmatched hits to The Event Center at SugarHouse Casino on Friday, Oct. 11, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, July 12, and cost from $39 to $59.

Martel received rave reviews for his striking vocals in "Bohemian Rhapsody," in which his voice resembled the late Freddie Mercury's unforgettable sound in the Queen biopic movie. Ultimate Queen Celebration performs timeless tracks — everything from "Bohemian Rhapsody," "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions" to "Another One Bites the Dust," "Under Pressure" and "Somebody to Love."

Before creating Ultimate Queen Celebration, Martel was hand-selected by Queen members Roger Taylor and Brian May to front their official tribute show, The Queen Extravaganza. The Canadian-born singer incorporates a theatrical performance with the heart pounding music Queen fans know and love.

Prior to performing the iconic rock anthems, Martel began his career as a member of the Canadian rock group Downhere. After touring around the globe for over a decade with the acclaimed band, he joined The Queen Extravaganza. His "Somebody to Love" video went viral with 30 million YouTube and social media views that also landed him a guest spot on "Ellen."

Other upcoming concerts in The Event Center include 98 Degrees on Saturday, July 27; Herman's Hermits on Friday, August 16; and The Alan Parsons Live Project on Friday, Sept. 27. All SugarHouse Casino Event Center performances are at 8 p.m. Tickets and more information are available at SugarHouseCasino.com.

In addition to live performances and concerts, The Event Center at SugarHouse Casino can be reserved for a variety of occasions, including weddings, corporate receptions, seminars, trade shows and more. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Delaware River waterfront and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Parking is always free.
