Half Greek, Half Dutch Produce TH Mark Releases Cyber Heart
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Was pleasantly impressed with this release from TH Mark. A fresh sounding effort of modern ideas from Theodore Markopoulos, AKA Half Greek, Half Dutch Producer called TH Mark.

After growing up in Athens this multi-genre Record Producer, DJ, Rapper, Songwriter, Musician and Director (He is what you call a bit of a creative Dynamo of sorts) he has found significant noise from his exploits in acts such as SOLTEMPO & REDWIREZ.

From the age of 11 he's been writing and working towards a successful career in the biz and paying his dues studying what can only be described as a very eclectic range of electronic music which you can hear in his production.

There are a plethora of immediate influences ranging from Electronic pop and EDM, Rock, Dubstep and Trap. There's even a Bashment, Reggae/Pop sounding dub track in there called 'Never Stop'.

Here at Urban Dubz we like artists who take risks, push the boat out and try to take things forward musically. As music is an emotionally based artform why shouldn't someone cross genres and just go nuts creating any kind of boundaries? It's not as easy as it seems. You have to really know what you're taking about to chop and change and mix and blend like this, and I think TH Mark has a really good mish mash of skills that, if nothing else, demonstrate his versatility and attention to detail as an Artist.

His influences are the Legendary French Keyboard wizard Jean-Michel Jarre, Faithless, The Chemical Brothers, Avicii (RIP), Swedish House Mafia, Prodigy (RIP Keith Flint - gone but not forgotten). If I'm allowed to delve further into the Old School vaults for comparisons, I'd add to that Depeche Mode, New Order, Eurythmics, Yazoo (ft Alison Moyet) all the way forward to Daft Punk - TH Mark has definitely got that drive and energy to his sound albeit with more interesting layers on the production side of things. HE definitely got some big hit making potential in our opinion here at Urban Dubz.
