New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Toronto-based alt-pop band, Valley, invite you to dance through the rest of the week with their synchronized new music video for "Park Bench". "At the two-minute mark, they double the tempo, creating a rush of adrenaline guaranteed to get your head bopping in solidarity", notes the CBC on the latest track which has already amassed over 100, 000 streams in just under a week.

On the video, the band explains, "we're really proud of this one, we can't believe it's finally out! We have always wanted to do a dance video, and were waiting for the right song to do it! 'Park Bench' is a really rhythmic song with the hums and has a lot of silent space so we figured it was a perfect song to have choreography to. The content of the song is fairly dense and can be a bit of a hard pill to swallow. Originally we we had written a treatment that went with the discourse of the song, but after a lot of thought we decided that the video needed to be a fun mental escape for people in juxtaposition to the song! Making this video will always be remembered as one of our fondest moments as a band. We can proudly call the crew, production team and choreographer friends of ours now, and we highly look up to their creative visions and aesthetics. It was such a privilege to work with everyone so closely and we are also so lucky to have had a few fans out to be additional dancers in the video!"

VALLEY have also announced the release date for their forthcoming EP, MAYBE: Side B, coming this June 7.

While on tour with Lennon Stella last month, the band gained over 5,000 new Instagram followers of concert goers who have become highly engaged fans. VALLEY will continue to play to new fans this summer during their festival dates, playing Liquid Arts Festival and Festival D'été de Quebec alongside a prestigious line up; headed up by Imagine Dragons, Bishop Briggs and Kongos. See more details below.

SUMMER FESTIVAL DATES:
June 14 Liquid Arts Festival 2019 Hamilton, ON
July 13 Festival D'été de Quebec 2019 Quebec, QC

VALLEY, comprised of Rob (vocals), Mike (guitar), Alex (bass), and Karah (drums), are all musically trained, multi-instrumentalists that met when a recording studio double-booked their sessions and encouraged them to try playing together. The born-and-raised Canadians seized the opportunity in disguise and began developing what would ultimately become one of the most refreshing and engaging new bands of the decade. The facets that define the generation are inexorably woven into every aspect of who Valley is and what makes them incredible. From their DIY work ethic, their bottomless optimism, their bitter sweet relationship with social media and a voracious appetite for authenticity in an often overly manufactured media landscape.
