NEW YORK (Atlantic Records) - '...SOMETHING TO BE,' the solo debut from Rob Thomas is less than a week away. Arriving April 19th, the new album will release exclusively in the new DualDisc format. So, not only do you get the brand-new album on the CD side, you will also get the full album in 5.1 multichannel surround sound, a behind-the-scenes documentary, and much more on the DVD side!

Mark your calendars! To celebrate the release of ...SOMETHING TO BE, Rob Thomas will soon take part in a very rare TV occurrence, back-to-back Leno performances! The two-night stand begins on April 18th, and follows up with a release day performance on April 19th. Rob will also be appearing on The Ellen Degeneres show on April 25th to perform his runaway hit, 'Lonely No More.'

On April 11th Rob was among the stars performing at the Vh1 Save The Music benefit concert at the Beacon Theater in New York City. Highlights included: Rob doing a duet with Alicia Keys, his duet with Robert Randolph, and of course a performance of Rob's hit single. In a tribute to Rod Stewart Rob also performed 'Maggie May' and introduced the finale, where all performers involved (Rod Stewart, Joss Stone, John Legend, Mariah Carey and Donna Summer) belted out Stewart's 'Stay With Me.'
Don't miss out this premiere event on VH1 April 17th at 9 PM/EST.
