David Bowie once said, "Kevin's a proper musician". Bowie recognized the quality in his sinuous and melodic guitar playing. Included here, are the Tin Machine song 'Run' and the title track of Bowie's 'Outside' album, both of which started life as original
Kevin Armstrong songs. Also here, are two of Kevin's original tunes that
Morrissey chose to turn into 'He Knows' and 'Oh Phony'.
Kevin's guitar virtuosity is coupled with his considerable prowess as a singer on these deeply felt, atmospheric songs. RUN is an album that will not date and one you'll return to again and again to discover something new each time.
