NEW YORK (AP) - A reunited Twisted Sister will headline a Nov. 28 benefit concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom for victims of last month's attacks on the World Trade Center. Also on the bill will be Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley with his solo band, former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach, Overkill and Anthrax. The goal is to raise $100,000, said Twisted Sister guitarist Jay Jay French. "A couple days after the disaster, I went down to the (Jacob) Javits Center looking to help,'' French said. "I felt so helpless. I said, `I'll carry water, move stuff, whatever you need me to do.' "I went up to one of the officials there and he said, `Are you a fireman?' I said, `No.' He said, `Are you a policeman? An EMS worker? An iron worker?' I said no to all those things. "Then I said, `Wait a minute. I'm in a band. We can do something.''' French began calling local heavy-metal artists and putting together the lineup for the concert. "We're all New York artists, we're all New Yorkers, and this has affected us deeply,'' he said. "We want to help and show we care.''
