SYDNEY, Australia (Sony Music Asutralia) - After collecting the Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance Grammy for his track 'Code Of Silence', Bruce Springsteen has announced plans to release his new studio album 'Devils & Dust', produced by Brendan O'Brien ('The Rising'), at the end of April!

Bruce Springsteen fans, get ready for this 'un...the Boss will deliver his 19th album, 'Devils & Dust' this April! Produced by Brendan O'Brien ('The Rising'), the eerily-titled album features twelve new studio songs, with a revolving list of collaborators and musos joining the core band of Bruce on guitar, O'Brien on bass and Steve Jordan (Steely Dan, Keith Richards) on drums.

'Devils & Dust' was recorded at Thrill Hill Recording Studios in Los Angeles and New Jersey with additional engineering at Southern Tracks Recording in Atlanta. It will be Springsteen's first since 2002's critically-acclaimed 'The Rising', which debuted at #1 on The Billboard 200 and has surpassed double Platinum sales there.

While dates and countries haven't been announced, Bruce did confirm earlier in the week he will do an acoustic tour in support of the album.
"I was actually signed as an acoustic act, and I've always enjoyed playing acoustic," he said. "Even when I was in a band, back in my early days, I was always writing songs that weren't meant for the band."

Bruce picked up the Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance Grammy on Sunday for his track 'Code Of Silence' from 'The Essential Bruce Springsteen'.
