NEW YORK (TACT Family Records) - The TACT Family (www.tact-records.com), known for their controversial political messages and lyrics have bolstered national morale in a county bruised by years of fighting, yet at the same time have become the main attraction in political rival session while they were on a sold out tour in Paris, France. Arab communities that dominates the Hip-Hop culture and French radio air waves with anti-Semitic messages organized a pro-Palestinian rally outside the sold out venue with protesters so the show would be cancelled, which was unsuccessful. The U.S tour is backed and supported by the Ministry of Israel and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon who crowned the group the Ambassadors of Israel. The idea behind the tour is to reach a younger group of people who don't understand the political issues in Israel and the hatred that is going on, but yet have hatred and animosity to the Jewish people and the nation. The mission is to explain and express peace through the international language of Hip-Hop and the collaboration Of Hebrew, English, French and Arabic lyrics. The group has recently recorded with such artists as Ashanti, Wycleff, Killa Priest and Miri Ben-Ari for their 4th upcoming album. This is beyond a story about an Israeli Hip-Hop group. This is a story of controversy, hope and peace which I know you can bring to light. I would appreciate your consideration in attending one of their shows on the U.S tour (See schedule below) and interviewing the group for your publication. I thank you for your consideration and look forward to hearing from you.
