WHAT: The Grand Rapids Pride Center is pleased to announce that En Vogue, one of the top 5 highest selling American female music groups in history, will be co-headlining the 30th Grand Rapids Pride Festival on Saturday, June 16 from 12pm to 10pm along with Australian singer-songwriter Betty Who.
En Vogue, best known for their hit singles Hold On, Free Your Mind, Never Gonna Get it, Giving Him Something He Can Feel, Don't Let Go and Whatta Man (feat. Salt N Pepa), has sold over 20 million albums to date. The R&B and Pop group, with current members Cindy Herron-Braggs, Terry Ellis and Rhona Bennet, just finished an international tour, with stops in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Netherlands.
The festival, which has a "30 & fabulous" theme, in honor of the 30th year, will feature live musical performances, street fair with local vendors, family-friendly activities, delicious food, beer tents, and a drag show. All proceeds from the event will support the Grand Rapids Pride Center.
