NERD & Rihanna's New 'Lemon' Remix Features Drake
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Drake opens a new remix of "Lemon," N.E.R.D. and Rihanna's collaboration off of 2017's "No One Ever Really Dies."
The original iteration of the track - the lead single off N*E*R*D's No One Ever Really Dies album - featured a sole guest verse from Rihanna and has since topped off at a modest No. 40 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 while certifying Gold in the United States.

Over the bounce-filled banger, which premiered during Saturday's Pharrell-hosted episode of OVOSOUND Radio, the 6 God gets it how he lives it. "I pull up in a lemon / Blocks get to spendin'," he raps.
"Money 3D printin' / Never had a limit / Never been religious / I just always had opinions."
The track is also available on major streaming services, including Apple Music, iTunes, and Spotify.

In a February interview with iHeartRadio, Pharrell spoke about the track's visual, its accompanying dance, as well as its meaning.
"Lemon is a fruit. It is bitter. Hence, the origin of the song," he explained. "It's like when we all have the potential to be very fruitful as human beings, but there's certain times where people act like they're like happy for you, but when they answer your question or when they see you, it's kinda like they just bit into a lemon. And that's kinda like what it's about."
