Lifehouse First Single 'You And Me' #1 Most Added at Adult Top 40 and #2 Most Downloaded at iTunes!

LOS ANGELES (Geffen Records) - The boys from Lifehouse are back with a new album and a hit song. First week out at radio their first single 'You And Me' is the # 1 most added at Adult Top 40 radio with 50 stations on board including WPLJ – New York, WTMX- Chicago, WMWX – Philadelphia and WWZZ - Washington DC to name a few. This was the biggest add week at Adult Top 40 radio this year.

The new self-titled cd is not even out yet and fans are clamoring to own one of the songs. 'You And Me' is the No 2 most downloaded song on iTunes today, right behind Green Day's 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams.' The song has only been up on the site for a week.

Fronted by singer-guitarist Wade, drummer Rick Woolstenhulme and bassist-singer Bryce Soderberg, Lifehouse was produced by John Alagia (John Mayer, Rachel Yamagata, Liz Phair, Dave Matthews Band) and recorded at his home studio in Easton, Maryland, on the Chesapeake Bay. It will be released on Geffen Records March 22, 2005.

Wade proved himself a gifted songwriter with Lifehouse's first record, 2000's multi-platinum No Name Face, which spawned the #1 hit 'Hanging By A Moment.' In fact, 'Hanging By A Moment' was the most-played song of 2001! Stanley Climbfall, the band's Top 10 follow-up, was released in 2002 to critical praise. Look for Lifehouse to tour this spring in support of Lifehouse.
