In it, Liza faces her panic anxiety disorder with striking candor, but sets her reflections to a gritty pop melody adorned with unforgettable hooks. Zane Lowe premiered the song earlier today on his Beats1 show, and NPR Music called the song "bold in both sound and subject," saying, "What starts as a seething, slow burn of a track builds into a poppy bridge and chorus and then slams suddenly into a blown-out, distorted refrain."
