The Future Of Music Recording Is Wireless, Portable, And Simple
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) iZotope, Inc., Emmy Award-winning experts in intelligent audio technology, announces retail availability of Spire Studio for September 27, 2017 - a wireless, portable, multi-track recording system that goes anywhere. Working together with the free, integrated iOS Spire app, this versatile system makes it easy to capture and develop your music in professional-quality — from the moment of inspiration to sharing it with the world.

Spire Studio's compact and portable design fits into a small bag or guitar case, turning any location into a pro studio. Built with a long-lasting, rechargeable battery, Spire Studio is ready for hours of recording time wherever the creative process happens.

At home or on the road, musicians and songwriters can now record and edit their music with a built-in, studio-quality mic and a wealth of creative effects like amp models, reverbs, and delays. To get projects started quickly and easily, iZotope's intelligent audio processing eliminates setup time and distorted sounds by automatically setting recording levels with a single "Soundcheck" button.

Spire Studio also simplifies the multi-track recording process, making it easy to layer and mix up to eight individual parts to create a polished song that can be shared with audio editing software, cloud storage services, or collaborators and bandmates anywhere in the world.

"Spire cuts out the setup time and technical complexity of the recording experience, letting artists get to the heart of capturing creative moments in a quality they're used to hearing come out of a pro studio," says Colin Thurmond, iZotope Product Marketing Manager. "We've continually seen Spire Studio resonate with all kinds of musicians - from classical to rock, and folk to hip-hop - in addition to producers, audio engineers, and even podcasters."

Retail Availability
Available September 27, 2017 in advance of the holiday season, Spire Studio retails for $349 on Spire.live, as well as through the following select online retailers:

Spire on Tour & Supporting Partner of Slingshot
Spire Studio will bring its inspirational recording experience on the road in a customized RV, retrofitted as a mobile recording studio, traveling to music festivals, honky-tonks, and cities across the United States. Musicians along the route will have the opportunity to come aboard to experience Spire Studio and record their music in professional quality for free.

Along the way, Spire Studio will also be supporting NPR Music's Slingshot, a new collective effort among taste-making stations to elevate the profiles of exceptional emerging artists. Through Slingshot programming, these extraordinary artists will be introduced to NPR's audiences around the country via airwaves, social channels, online, and on the road - through field recordings, guest DJ spots, intimate performances, and Tiny Desk concerts.

"We want to help artists capture their moments of creative inspiration and share them with the world. Whether it's in the recording studio or on a mountain in Colorado, Spire Studio has proven that great music can come from anywhere," said iZotope co-founder and CEO, Mark Ethier. "We're proud to be a partner of NPR's Slingshot program to help support public radio and talented new artists in an authentic way."
