Bruno Major Concludes Year Long Project With Final Track, "On Our Own"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) "building momentum with his soulful pop sound" - Pigeons & Planes
"sobering, dusky musings powered largely by scraps of haunting piano and Major's tremendous vocals" - Clash

North Londoner Bruno Major is proud to unveil the final track in his year-long project, 'A Song for Every Moon.' Concluding the twelve-month promise he made himself to write and release a new song every month, "On Our Own" is streaming today.

"On Our Own," a touching lament written after the death of Bruno's grandmother and a subsequent conversation with his mother about religion. It's a beguiling, hushed ballad of personal reverence.

Speaking of the song, Bruno said: "I wrote this after a conversation with my mother when my Granny died. Her death sparked a personal journey through Agnosticism, Atheism and through the other side, and writing On Our Own helped me understand how I felt about existence and religion. I think this is the song that I am most proud of."

'A Song For Every Moon' is the work of a young British songwriter at a very specific time in his life, and yet manages to sound both enduring and classic. The songs, written under self-inflicted deadlines, and not without nuance, manage to sound a full body of work when listened back in their entirety. 'A Song For Every Moon' is quite peerless.

'A Song For Every Moon' is available digitally now, and will be released on a limited run of 12" vinyl in November. Pre-order the vinyl from the link above.

To coincide with the collection's conclusion, Bruno is pleased to announce details of his first spate of headline shows across the globe kicking off with a show at Brooklyn's Elsewhere (Zone One) and Los Angeles' The Echo.

Bruno Major Live:
Wed. November 1st - Zone One at Elsewhere, Brooklyn
Fri. November 3rd - The Echo, Los Angeles
