Southern California Buzz Band Watch For Horses Debut New Song ("Memory Bells") On Daily Unsigned
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Emerging Norwalk, CA indie/alternative rockers Watch For Horses are premiering a new song today on Daily Unsigned.

The track was recorded at The Music Box Studios in Fullerton, CA with Jon O' Brien (Young The Giant, LA Font, Roah Summit) and serves as the follow-up to 2013's "Evil Kid" EP and 2016's "Maladaptive Daydream" EP, which continued their progression with large melodies and guitar tones.
"Memory Bells" is also available on Spotify and iTunes/Apple Music.

With a sound that brings to mind a hybrid of The Strokes, Two Door Cinema Club, Funeral Party and Young The Giant, and early support/exposure via KROQ' Local's Only program (which championed their single "Open Sea" for 9 weeks), Watch For Horses has been steadily gigging around the LA area-- and the buzz is now reverberating well beyond Southern California.

Watch For Horses have a handful of shows coming up, including a residency at Silverlake Lounge on July 3rd and 17, 24 and 31.

The band comments, "Working with Jon O'Brien was a long time coming and it was an experience that felt almost effortless. We first connected back in 2012 when we were looking for producer / engineers to work with for some of our earlier songs. For some reason, we could never configure our schedules to work together back then. One night after we played a show, we ran into Jon and this time the conversation carried more vision and we sent him a demo for "Memory Bells" and it was on. He then suggested enlisting the help of Francois Comtois (Young The Giant/Travelers) and we went to work. Watching Jon and Fran work on the song together was impressive and inspiring. Jon definitely set the tone for recording and Francois helped shape it. We will definitely be working together again in the future."
