SAN DIEGO, CA. (www.unwrittenlaw.com) - SoCal rockers Unwritten Law will celebrate the release of their new album Here's To The Mourning February 1 with an exclusive concert and album signing at San Diego's legendary rock venue SOMA. To kick off the new album festivities, the first single "Save Me" is climbing the charts fast and furious, currently No 14 on the Alternative Rock radio chart.

Fans can obtain tickets for this exclusive show several ways. Beginning January 7, a block of tickets will be available for just $10 online at www.lunatiks.com. Tickets will go on-sale January 15 at the SOMA box office located at 3350 Sports Arena Blvd. Also beginning January 15, fans will receive a FREE ticket to the February 1 SOMA concert (while supplies last) when they pre-order Here's To The Mourning at either Lou's Records in Encinitas, CA or M Theory Records in San Diego, CA. With each pre-order of the album, the consumer will receive one free bracelet, which allows them access to the front of the line at the post-show signing at the venue.

First single "Save Me," a collaborative writing effort by Unwritten Law and Linda Perry, was added to tastemaker station KROQ in Los Angeles a full month before its official roll-out. Dozens of stations followed suit, making the tune the No 2 Most Added single at the Alternative Rock format two weeks running. The companion video, a fully animated masterpiece by director Brett Simon, will be unveiled soon.

Here's To The Mourning is Unwritten Law's official follow up to the band's breakthrough album Elva, which spawned the No 1 Modern Rock Track "Seein' Red." The album sold upwards of 400,000 albums. In 2002, the band appeared on the acclaimed MTV series Music In High Places later releasing the audio tracks from the show as an acoustic album on Lava Records in 2003.

Unwritten Law is Scott Russo on vocals/guitar; Pat Kim on bass; Steve Morris on guitar; Rob Brewer on guitar; and newly added drummer Tony Palermo.
